It would be very helpful if you would fill in an Enrolment Form and bring it along to the meeting, and you will also need to complete a Child Collection Form and an Emergency Treatment Form and agree to our Fees Policy. By clicking on the Enrolment Pack button below you can download all the forms.
*Please note the Enrolment pack is very large. If you cannot print it, then we can supply you with a copy when you visit The Young Ones
